Day 6: Refeed Day

So today is my refeed day, and I didn’t go quite as overboard as I thought I might (except for the Jack Daniels, perhaps).

Started off with a good slow-carb typical breakfast:

2 eggs w/ spinach, sauteed in organic coconut oil, pinto beans, 2 strips of uncured, nitrate-free bacon, and a bottle of kombucha

Then I took the dogs to the dog park for about 3 hours. Once back home, I headed to my favorite ice house to watch the UT basketball game. Ended up drinking 5 Jack Daniels w/ splash of 7. Also ate a blue cheese burger with bacon and grilled onions, plus a side of bacon.

And that’s it. That’s been my refeed day so far. Not sure what I’ll have for dinner — but it’ll probably be slow-carb centric.
